Sono state annunciate le nomination agli Independent Spirit Awards 2023, i premi che vengono conferiti al cinema indipendente americano.
I film candidabili devono essere prodotti negli Stati Uniti con un budget inferiore ai 22.5 milioni di dollari. Quest’anno la premiazione si terrà il 4 marzo 2023, qualche giorno prima della chiusura delle votazioni degli Oscar, lasciando quindi aperto lo spiraglio per qualche influenza sulle decisioni dell’Academy.
